The Shepherd Centre has approximately 40 staff based in our centres in Sydney, Roseville, Liverpool, Wollongong and Canberra.  The Shepherd Centre prides itself on its highly professional and experienced staff. 

There are three different types of job at The Shepherd Centre:

Program staff are at the front line of our work. Our clinicians are highly experienced and amongst the best in the world.  Our team consists of Auditory Verbal Therapists, Audiologists, Family Support Workers, Assessment Co-ordinators and Program Managers.

Communication and Fundraising staff work with a range of supporters ranging from individuals to large companies.  The Shepherd Centre relies on fundraising for over 70% of its revenue making these roles very important.

Support roles ensure that The Shepherd Centre can continue to deliver its world class services to families.  These roles encompass a range of skills including IT, administration, finance and HR.
